feat: use options instead of ecc.MultiExpConfig #532
Description
Currently the default options are fine, but we still need to provide the configuration for MSM. I think we should follow the approach used elsewhere where we use variadic options to change the behaviour if we want to.
It is a breaking (and I think it breaks a lot) change, so should be implemented and communicated carefully.
