Buttons in the Shapes pallet fail to load from the UI cache on Windows when OneDrive is enabled

When switching away form BasicShapes and switching back, on Windows 11 with OneDrive enabled, the UIcache files fail to load.

The UIcache feature has been removed from Windows, but this is a regression that should be fixed.
