Add Bosca Ceoil Blue and Glasan-FX (#61)

- Added [Bosca Ceoil Blue](https://github.com/YuriSizov/boscaceoil-blue) - A beginner-friendly music making app. Modern port of [Bosca Ceoil](https://github.com/TerryCavanagh/boscaceoil) reimplemented in Godot Engine.
- Added [Glasan-FX](https://github.com/YuriSizov/glasan-fx) - A tiny sound effect generator. Developed on Godot Engine.
- Updated the MIT license link to the current one
