Referesh documentation images

Some GUI images (like on the front page) https://github.com/CZ-NIC/mininterface were created before mnemonics was implemented (the underlined letters). These need to be refreshed.

Just run the surrounding code, do a window-screenshot and convert to AVIF so that the size of the new images is similar.
