Produce less JSON files when running openpose.bin

Issue Summary

When running openpose.bin to create JSON files from my video I am getting a little over 6 JSON files per video second. For example, if my video is 6 seconds I get 39 files. I am wanting to reduce the number of files that are generated. How can I do this?

Currently, there is no way. I would accept a PR of the current code generating only a single JSON, and then I would work in integrating it with my current one with a flag to chose that.

Maybe ,u can use udp or other pip signal to send msg to where u want to use;
else,u can delete something when it add to 500 or 1000 files,.
so stupid,do this ,but i have no good idea;
