Total contributions counter and longest streak counter are not working anymore

The total contributions, the longest streak and maybe even the current streak counter are not working anymore. All of them have the value of zero (at the moment of taking the screenshot, the value for the current streak counter is correctly zero, but as the other two counters are not working, there might be a chance, that this counter is also not working anymore).

@IonicaBizau I think I have repaired this. As requested, I forked the repo, made a branch, made changes, and have sent a Contribute pull request.

Discovery
GitHub no longer exposes numeric counts directly via data-count in the table layout; However, the exact count is present in tooltip text. Reading tooltip text is reliable and reproduces the numbers the user sees on GitHub.

Changes Made:

• I removed the parser path and added DOM-tooltip-based computation instead.
• After removing github-calendar-parser completely, I rebuilt dist, which is why so many lines changed when you look at my pull request.

Validation
I ran the code successfully from my forked repo at by pointing the "Include the Library..." HMTL embedding script to <script src="https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/gh/SlinkyRand/github-calendar@fix-127-streaks/dist/github-calendar.min.js"></script> .

⚠️ I AM A NOOB baby programmer. I might have made mistakes. Please double-check my work carefully when considering my pull request. 🙃 Feedback will be appreciated.

(I'm aware of your code style repo but it was a lot to take in, so I didn't compare for style conflicts. I hope this is useful anyway.)
