Option to hide the Jade ID

The Jade UX shows an ID that is used in multisigs and its very useful.
But I wonder if it is possible to have a option to hide it like change it to something like ******
If someone takes a picture of a Jade device or film it and posts the picture or video that person is doxed. Even worse if it is somebody else recording. Or a security cam or wtv.
And also if someone walks around with a Jade wallet like a spending wallet in cold storage, connected to their own phone, and someone like a small business or someone near the small business, memorizes the ID.
Having the option to hide the ID I think could be a improvement in the Jade privacy.

The ID you are probably talking about is called master fingerprint and is one way calculated via hashing the master public key and taking the first 4 bytes of the result. From my understanding there should not be any privacy issues knowing someones else master fingerprint as is cannot be calculated back to xpub. Lets say you observe that my master fingerprint is deadbeef, which information do you gain from it (via blockchain analysis or something else)?

This is the ID I am talking about.
I think it is unique to each device.
So I think having an option to show it as something like ******** could be a improvement in privacy.
Although this is a change in the UX. And I don't know if it breaks the usage of the wallet.
