Dev app does not load integration app, crashes app

Describe the bug
On the dev app, the App management page for integrations does not load and crashes the app
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. on dev app (ios), create a new integration app and link to own backend. Add all the permissions and submit
2. You get a white screen, IOS debug shows "could not create a sandbox extension for '/var/containers/Bundle/Application/xxxxxxx/Runner.app"
3. Must exit the app now.

You can also go back into the app and it will show a similar error.
Assume this is due to a missing piece in backend deployment
