needs to be created from here omi.me/apps

currently apps are created only from the mobile app

Basically in omi.me/apps we need the same form as in our mobile app so that people could submit omi apps

i see a lot of noise at header - bec of (discord, git, ... start building etc.) - shall we move them to footer and keep the UI neat by having it Create App here
