SMS Package throws exception when sending single message.

Description

Article states the following:
SMS operations will throw an exception if the request to the server fails. Exceptions will not be thrown if the error is caused by an individual message, only if something fails with the overall request.

Both 1.01 and the 1.1.0-beta2 both throw an exception if you are sending to a single recipient and the message fails. Multiple recipient with a mix of failures and success returns information about both.
