Copilot is not responding.

We have deployed this solution in our tenant, and it was functioning as expected. However, this week, we have encountered an issue where Copilot is not responding. We attempted to resolve the issue by publishing a new image with a different tag, but unfortunately, the problem persists.
I am attaching a screenshot below for your reference.
Could you please assist us in investigating and resolving this issue?

Hi @Zubair8899 , can you please confirm that you have selected the correct Az AISearch Index? - please share a screenshot of the index overview from azure portal

Thanks for the prompt response. yes, we are using correct index which is rag-data.

have a look at the log-stream in Azure portal of the api app (ACA or Webapp depending on which you deployed) when you run that query / prompt. review the log for clues and share the log output if that is inconclusive..

Thank you for your help and cooperation. We checked the logs via Logstream and identified the root cause: one of the OpenAI deployments had been deleted. We re-deployed the model, and the issue was resolved.

Hey @Zubair8899 could you please share or show how you deployed the project? In Enterprice_Deployment it says there is a file "deployment.sh" which actually dosent exist! Please if you have 30 min just show us the correct steps!
