P1: Do not require: embedding model (prefill)

Using “Deploy To Azure” button forces you to specify embedding model name during creation – but that information is not actually used anywhere. The deployment has only a gpt-4o-mini model deployed and no embeddings.
Suggestion – Remove embeddings requirement if we don’t need or use it. It’s confusing.
