Page needs information on if Publishers are also restored

Issue in ./help/operations/restore.md

Currently the page is missing information what happens during the publishers during restore. Apparently only the author is restored and all published pages are published again via a workflow after the author has been restored.

I am unclear if this then resets the published dates on all pages? This would not be ideal ...
